Text
Guideline: Text
| Accessibility Setting | I see |
|---|---|
| Font size | The Text adheres to phone settings and remains readable up to 300% |
| Bold font | When activated, all the text is rendered in bold |
Uppercase
| I hear | |
|---|---|
| Uppercase text | A screen reader reading the words without spelling them out |
note
If your design utilizes uppercase text, please provide a sentence case version using the accessibility-label property.
Long numbers
| I hear | |
|---|---|
| Unformatted long numbers | A screen reader reading the number as one large value (e.g. "four trillion...") instead of digit-by-digit |
note
If your text contains a long number that isn't a phone number (e.g. a card or account number), add spacing between digits via the accessibility-label property so a screen reader announces it digit-by-digit.
